Digital Product Policy

This is an instant digital download. Because access is provided immediately after a successful payment, purchases are generally not refundable after the product has been successfully delivered or downloaded.

When to contact us

Please use the support form if you were charged twice, payment succeeded but the download did not unlock, or the delivered ZIP is technically unusable. We will review genuine payment and delivery problems.

Before buying

The product description and sample messages show the nature of the content before purchase. The bundle is a template toolkit, not a chatbot or managed messaging service.
